Just a little better pic than my old Toshiba FX series TV that went faulty – the pitcure quality improvement is due to the 100hz picture when is better than the 50/60hz from my old set. The game mode (I think) is a bit of a gimmick.
To note that this TV seems a little lighter, and is a litte thinner than the old FX TV that I previously had.
Also, when wall mounted, the HDMI/SCART etc are much more easy to access, as they are at the right hand side of the unit, rather than in the middle. My old TV required removing from the wall to connect or disconnect cables.
The only real minor irritation that I have with it is that when switching on with the remote (or the button on the side) it takes a couple of seconds for anything to happen before the green light comes on to indicate that the tv is coming on. Apart from this very minor irritation (which I am sure anyone could live with) it is a great set…
